Service Description
WebByMaya provides web design, development, and digital systems services for businesses and organizations. I may contact prospective clients via SMS or email to share information about my services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. For outreach contacts, you may receive up to 3 messages total. For active clients, message frequency depends on your project stage.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. WebByMaya does not charge for SMS messages.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all future messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further contact. Supported opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

No Sharing
Your phone number and contact information will not be shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than WebByMaya services.
Project Work
Web design and development services are delivered under a separate project agreement. Scope, timeline, and payment terms are outlined in each individual proposal. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
